Yep i would recommend them. If you get in early for the earlybird prices they are the cheapest professional courses out there. From the look of your profile your interested in Cryengine, a environment artist from Crytek will be starting up a class sometime in the next few months at The Rydan Workshop so that might be good look out for. But there are also a few other courses available now that might be of interest. If your unsure you can always contact them using the skype or email address on the website and they'll be happy to give you some info.

It's pretty good although the presentation might be a little formal :)
Guess you're aiming high...

Thank you :)
Presentation is one of the most under rated aspects of artwork - it really is crazy how much good presentation can improve how people perceive your artwork.. not saying that mine is good but i'm trying :)

Yes and then... I'd have to say if an artistic director pays attention to portfolio presentation vs actual content, I wound find it rather disappointing -
sorry just teasing, can't help it

Ahah of course that would be dissapointing.
Mostly presentation is used for clients so that they can clearly see the design that you are presenting to them, especially as a concept artist you don't want them to perceive things in the wrong way because of poor presentation. Though i'm sure you know this :)

Nice work mate, really dig the final one, your work is continuing to get better! not entirly sure what does things are on his back, I'm assuming they're just some sort of containers for whatever he's selling? the character itself though is cool, wouldn't mind making a 3d model out of this one ;)

Thanks! The containers on his back contain his goods, my idea for his character was that he carrys everything he owns whereaver he goes, so wanted to try to emphasise this. Oh, if you'd like to model him then please go ahead! Just aslong as you provide credit, :)

;___; It's so tempting to make fan art, but I feel I won't give him justice!
