And your art is amazing by the way (;
I use a large mixture of different sources. For the actual muscles and bones you can look for books by Burne Hogarth or online PDFs (should find them through google) of bridgeman or andrew loomis's books.
My favourite book that gives you information about most parts of the body and even animal anatomy is the 'how to draw and paint: anatomy' by ImaginefX [link]
And then if you want to practice gestures and poses then the posemaniacs tool is really good for quick studies [link]
Otherwise apart from those sources, if you ever have any problems with anything don't be afraid to get photos relating to the body type / pose / object / etc that you need to draw and use it as your reference, study it and you will improve.
Lastly, you can attend life drawing classes which is said to be the best method however they aren't available everywhere and can be pricey - photos are a good alternative, or even using a mirror to use your own body (hands / face) as reference.
Hope that helps at all.
ImaginefX looks very interesting. Im hoping that I can still get this edition somewhere and I've tried out posemaniacs a couple of times and drew a few poses from Andrew Loomis. I already feel like I have improved! Haha xD
I'm not sure where you can get Imagine FX in germany, however they should have a link to it online from their website. That is good! Anatomy studies will help you improve a lot
Thanks again for the help. xD
